Marvin Young, a.k.a. Young MC, is quite serious about his music and his message. His big break came in 1989 with his two-million selling debut single, "Bust A Move". His next single, "Principal's Office" sold more than 500,000 copies. His 1990 album, Stone Cold Rhymin', was a double-platinum winner that earned him Grammy and American Music Awards for Best Rap Artist and a historic win as Billboard's Best New Pop Artist. His 1991 release, Brainstorm, was certified gold.
